This story actually began some time ago.
Marci and I have been working together for a long time on The Work App's international markets, where he played a key role as co-founder and business development leader in building and developing the business side of the system.
Now we are bringing this shared experience home.
Not Just a New Colleague Joining
Therefore, we don't simply see Marci's joining as team expansion.
As a member of Dolgozz App's leadership, he will participate in shaping business strategy, developing sales and partner relations, and ensuring that more businesses in the Hungarian market embrace the mindset upon which the entire system is built.
Providing simple, usable digital solutions to real business problems.
Dolgozz App has become much more than a digital attendance sheet. Working hours, schedules, tasks, work orders, documentation, checkpoints, and field processes are integrated into a single system – currently supporting the daily operations of over 100 businesses and thousands of users.
In the next growth phase, we need more than just technological development.
We need strong business thinking, connections, market knowledge, and a shared vision.
We are counting on Marci even more strongly in this.
International Experience, Hungarian Focus
Building The Work App in several countries has provided a wealth of experience about the challenges faced by businesses of different sizes and operations.
We want to use this knowledge even more consciously in the development of Dolgozz App in Hungary.
Our goal remains unchanged: we don't want to build the system with the most features, but the one that can solve the most real problems simply.
One of the most important things in this is having good people working in the same direction.
That's why we are especially pleased that after our previous collaboration, we are now building the next chapter of Dolgozz App together with Marci.
