We tailor the system to daily operations: faster scheduling, clearer reports, fewer clicks on-site. We don't increase the number of features for their own sake, but focus on what truly saves time before, during, and after shifts.
We report major updates here on the blog and on the Dolgozz App updates page. This article provides a brief overview: what's already in the system and what we're still working on.
What's Already Working On-Site
Attendance doesn't rely on GPS or paper. NFC check-in and check-out allows employees to tap their phone to the board, completing the process in seconds. Indoors, where GPS is inaccurate, this makes the difference between disputes and a clear monthly closure.
The patrol is documented similarly: QR or NFC points on site, checklist, photo, timestamp. It's not "I think it was done," but verifiable performance.
If the team doesn't use personal phones, a PIN-coded shared tablet or iBeacon is available. The system adapts to the site, not the other way around.
- NFC: one tap, no GPS needed
- Digital patrol: QR or NFC, with photos
- PIN and iBeacon: for shared devices, indoors
Faster Scheduling, Clearer Reports
The weekly schedule, leave, and substitution are in one view. Fewer calls before shifts, fewer surprises.
The goal with reports is simple: see absences, overtime, and missed patrols in five minutes. Not a separate Excel, but the same data from which the shift was prepared.
What We're Working On
The voice assistant is in testing, expected in the last quarter of 2026. The idea: you dictate the task, the system recognises the project, partner, employees, and time. You verify, then it's saved. No typing, on-site.
We're looking for pilot partners. If you want to try it live, apply via the pilot form.
